- Semi-skimmed milk
- Sweetener
- Chocolate Protein 90
- Banana
- Cocoa powder
- Desiccated coconut
For 1 serving :
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 serving (20g) Protein 90
- 1 peeled banana
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
-> blend all the ingredients together until thick and creamy
-> serve in glasses
Vanilla Protein 90, peach
- Semi-skimmed milk
- Sweetener
- Vanilla Protein 90
- Drained canned peaches (or whole, peeled fresh peaches)
For 1 serving :
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tsp sweetener
- 1 serving (20g) Protein 90
- 2½ drained peach halves
-> blend all the ingredients together until thick and creamy
-> serve in glasses
Vanilla Protein 90, pear
- Semi-skimmed milk
- Sweetener
- Protein 90
- Drained pears
- Vanilla sugar
- Low fat vanilla-flavoured yoghurt
For 1 serving :
- 75ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tsp sweetener
- 1 tsp syrup from the can
- 1 serving (20g) Protein 90
- 3 drained pear halves
- 1 pot vanilla-flavoured yoghurt
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
-> blend all the ingredients together until thick and creamy
-> serve in glasses
